Don't go out paying XYZ company to design your website or to sell you a "do-it-yourself" kit. It's a waste of money! You can do it yourself for FREE via wix.com (and other sites) for instance provided you have semi-decent computer skills. And in case you don't and you really need a website, hey you wanna save some cash? Guess what: I will do it for you half-price! It's a a great deal. Plus, a limited-time offer.
